Portland Proves Positive for FIA Marketplace
By all accounts, the FIA marketplace was a major success. Between careful expense management, sponsorships, and exhibitors, the income increased dramatically from what organizers originally projected. In all, 59 companies purchased 87 booths, meaning that the Marketplace was a near sell-out. Attendance spiraled upward, as well, and the exhibit floor was a flurry of positive feedback and activity.

Board members consider the upswing in finances a good sign for both the organization and industry.
